01Mission & Approach
Spikedge A.Ş.
An industrial control network reacting at microsecond level and an agricultural machine deciding on its own in the field depend on the same thing: the architectural integrity of the system software underneath. Spikedge takes that work without splitting it up. Board bring-up, BSP and the operating system, the real-time control loop, on-device AI and the interface the operator looks at all move under one engineering responsibility. The time normally lost in the gaps between suppliers disappears, and the product reaches the market on time.
Our solutions target continuous field operation, not theoretical scenarios. We possess deep engineering expertise across a broad silicon portfolio ranging from lean microcontrollers (bare-metal MCU) to multi-core heterogeneous processors (SoC) such as NXP i.MX, NVIDIA Jetson and Texas Instruments Jacinto. This hardware-agnostic architectural approach gives our clients resilience against global supply chain constraints and the freedom to select optimum power, thermal budget and processing capacity for each project.
Operating within corporate NDA frameworks, we apply IP security as a structural standard: project-specific isolated development environments, air-gapped code repositories and end-to-end encrypted data management for every client engagement.

Hardware & Software Co-design
We scale software architecture from the ground up, fully aligned to the thermal and physical constraints of the hardware it runs on.
Boot time, memory footprint and thermal budget are outputs of the architecture. We design them against the board's own constraints and report the result in BOM cost and time to market.
Uncompromising Predictability (Hard Real-Time)
In mission-critical scenarios, we build control loops with zero tolerance for timing variation, timing guaranteed at the OS level.
A timing claim is measured on the bench. On our EtherCAT line, with one slave, 64 bytes and a 10 kHz cycle: 19.2 µs mean transfer, slave sync error ≤1 µs, 0% packet loss. The setup and the method are published with the number.
Layered Security Approach (Defense-in-Depth)
From hardware-level encryption and secure boot, through to OS isolation, we build structures that minimize cyber vulnerabilities.
We operate with project-specific air-gapped Gitea repositories, hardware-based encryption and DevSecOps processes that take the ISO 27001 control set as their reference.
Field-Tested Resilience
Every kernel module and driver we develop is based on real-world data tested under demanding environmental conditions and long industrial lifecycle requirements.
The performance data we publish is taken on real hardware under repeatable conditions. The setup it was measured on and the method used sit next to the number.
Data-Driven & Analytic Transparency
We back design projections with metrics, clearly reporting memory usage, CPU load and ISR latency profiles via measurable parameters.
Memory usage, CPU load and latency profiles are delivered in the project report together with the raw data. We do not present anything as a measurement unless it is one.
