These Terms of Use govern the rules, intellectual property rights, and engineering liability limitations for all corporate or individual visitors accessing the Spikedge website. By accessing the platform, viewing technical content, or downloading documents, you agree to these legal conditions entirely.

2. B2B Nature and Content Context

All technical blog posts, architectural models, insights, and downloadable assets provided exist strictly for educational, academic, and general informing purposes within a corporate B2B context. We do not engage in B2C transactions here.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

All published materials, including system designs, deep-tech research papers, code snippets, and interface designs, are the exclusive intellectual property of Spikedge. Unauthorized commercial distribution, creation of derivative works, or resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Engineering Disclaimer & "AS IS" Standard

Embedded systems, RTOS, and Edge AI inherently require unique environment calibration. Just because a discussed configuration successfully ran in our test beds does not guarantee compatibility with your production hardware. All models, patches, and code are provided "AS IS" without warranty. Applying any architectural pattern or AI model from our site to industrial/medical defense systems is entirely at the risk and responsibility of the implementing engineer.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the Istanbul Courts.
